1. General Terms of Service

1.1 Enrollment & Binding Agreement

By enrolling, creating an account, and completing payment in any program offered by Chitran International Online Art Classes, LLC, you (the "Customer," "Parent," or "Guardian") explicitly acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. This constitutes a legally binding, international agreement between you and the Company governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.

1.2 Subscription & Automatic Renewal

All core courses are offered exclusively as recurring monthly subscriptions. By providing your payment details, you authorize Chitran International Online Art Classes, LLC to automatically charge the agreed tuition fee every 30 days via Stripe. Enrollment constitutes continuous authorization for recurring billing unless the subscription is successfully cancelled by the Customer.

1.3 Cancellation Policy & Customer Responsibility

To avoid automatic renewal, cancellation must be completed exclusively by the Customer through the official Billing Portal at least seven (7) days prior to the next scheduled billing date. The Customer is solely responsible for managing and cancelling their subscription. Cancellations made after the renewal date will only take effect at the end of the current, active billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

1.4 Strict Non-Refundable Policy & Chargeback Disputes

All processed payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Failure to attend classes, lack of participation, schedule conflicts, or personal reasons do not qualify for a refund. Once access to live classes, Zoom links, or recorded content is provisioned, the service is legally considered fully delivered. Any fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes will be formally and aggressively contested with the financial institution using proof of enrollment, timestamped agreement to these terms, and service delivery records.

1.5 Class & Attendance Policy

All live classes are conducted according to scheduled international time zones (primarily Eastern Standard Time - EST). If a student misses a class, high-definition recorded lessons are systematically provided to fulfill our educational obligation. Makeup live classes are not guaranteed and are strictly subject to schedule availability at the sole discretion of the instructor.

1.6 Third-Party Platforms (Zoom, Google, Stripe)

Our educational delivery relies on enterprise third-party platforms including Zoom Video Communications for live streaming, Google Workspace (Drive) for secure video backup delivery, and Stripe for financial processing. By using our service, you agree to comply with the respective terms of service of these global platforms. Chitran International is not liable for localized outages, bandwidth issues, or connectivity problems originating from these third-party networks or your local internet service provider.

1.7 Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license. All live instruction, recorded videos, syllabi, curriculum structure, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Chitran International Online Art Classes, LLC. You may not reproduce, share, resell, broadcast, or distribute any part of the content. Unauthorized copying will result in immediate termination without refund and potential legal action.

1.8 Data Privacy & Child Protection

We comply with stringent international data protection standards, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - European Union) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA - USA). All payments are securely processed through Stripe; we do not store or have access to your raw credit card information. As our services are intended for minors, parental or guardian consent is legally required for enrollment and data collection in strict accordance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) guidelines.

2.1 Information We Collect

• Name and email address
• Child’s age and country of residence
• Payment information (processed securely through third-party providers)
• Information received if you sign up or log in using Google

2.2 How We Use Your Information

• Delivering course access links and digital content
• Sending reminders, updates, and support communications
• Providing access credentials for pre-recorded lessons
• Informing you about new packages (with consent)

3. Subscription Policy

3.1 Subscription-Based System

Our school uses Stripe, one of the world’s most secure international payment gateways. When you clicked the Subscription Link provided to you and entered your card details to confirm the first payment, it activated an 'Auto-renewal' or 'Monthly Tuition Fee' system as per international standards.

3.2 Consent & Authorization

By completing the initial payment through the subscription link, you authorized the system to automatically process future monthly fees. This ensures that your child’s classes continue without interruption. Please note that neither we nor the payment gateway can process any charge without the card details you provided.

3.3 Transparency & Receipts

Every time a payment is successfully processed, an official invoice or receipt is automatically sent to your registered email address, detailing the date and amount charged.

3.4 Uninterrupted Learning

This system is designed to save you the hassle of manual payments every month and to ensure that your child's access to our classes remains active and seamless.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 No Refunds on Pre-Recorded Courses

Since our drawing lessons are digital products delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once a course has been purchased, unless a technical issue prevents access.

4.2 Technical Support Refund

If you experience issues accessing your videos and we are unable to resolve them, we will provide a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

4.3 Duplicate Payment

If a duplicate payment is made by mistake, please email us with proof, and we will process a refund immediately.

6. Account Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data from our systems, please review our detailed account deletion process.
