Our curriculum includes both live interactive sessions and pre-recorded video lessons, depending on the course package selected.

1.2 Usage Rights

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any part of the content. Unauthorized copying will result in immediate termination.

1.3 Access Duration

Access remains valid for the specified duration (usually 90 days or active subscription period) from date of purchase.

1.4 Intellectual Property

All content is the exclusive intellectual property of Chitran International Online Art Classes, LLC and protected by international copyright law.

2. Privacy Policy

At Chitran International Online Art School, protecting your privacy is our highest priority.

2.1 Information We Collect

• Child’s age and country of residence
• Payment information (processed securely through third-party providers)
• Information received if you sign up or log in using Google

2.2 How We Use Your Information

• Delivering course access links and digital content
• Sending reminders, updates, and support communications
• Providing access credentials for pre-recorded lessons
• Informing you about new packages (with consent)

3. Subscription Policy

3.1 Subscription-Based System

Our school uses Stripe, one of the world’s most secure international payment gateways. When you clicked the Subscription Link provided to you and entered your card details to confirm the first payment, it activated an 'Auto-renewal' or 'Monthly Tuition Fee' system as per international standards.

3.2 Consent & Authorization

By completing the initial payment through the subscription link, you authorized the system to automatically process future monthly fees. This ensures that your child’s classes continue without interruption. Please note that neither we nor the payment gateway can process any charge without the card details you provided.

3.3 Transparency & Receipts

Every time a payment is successfully processed, an official invoice or receipt is automatically sent to your registered email address, detailing the date and amount charged.

3.4 Uninterrupted Learning

This system is designed to save you the hassle of manual payments every month and to ensure that your child's access to our classes remains active and seamless.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 No Refunds on Pre-Recorded Courses

Since our drawing lessons are digital products delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once a course has been purchased, unless a technical issue prevents access.

4.2 Technical Support Refund

If you experience issues accessing your videos and we are unable to resolve them, we will provide a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

4.3 Duplicate Payment

If a duplicate payment is made by mistake, please email us with proof, and we will process a refund immediately.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Subscription Cancellation Notice

We value our students and understand that plans may change. To ensure a smooth cancellation process for your monthly subscription, please adhere to the following policy.

5.2 7-Day Advance Notice Required

You must contact us to request a cancellation at least 7 days before your next scheduled billing date. This 7-day advance notice is strictly required to allow sufficient time for our administrative team to process the request and stop the automatic charge for the upcoming month.

5.3 Late Requests

If a cancellation request is received less than 7 days prior to the next billing date, the payment for the upcoming month will be processed as scheduled. In this case, your subscription will remain active until the end of that paid billing cycle, and the cancellation will take effect for the subsequent period.
