1. Nature of the Product
All our courses are 100% pre-recorded video lessons.
These lessons are digital educational materials designed for self-paced learning.
No live classes, human-based instruction, or real-time interaction is included in these products.
Each course generally includes 24 structured drawing sessions designed to be completed over three months (8 lessons per month).
2. Usage Rights
When you purchase a course, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and view the lessons.
You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any part of the content, whether in digital or physical form.
Unauthorized copying or redistribution of any course materials will result in immediate access termination and may lead to legal action under applicable copyright laws.
3. Access Duration
Your access to the course materials will remain valid for the specified duration (usually 90 days) from the date of purchase.
After this period, access may be revoked unless otherwise stated in the course description.
We reserve the right to extend or modify access durations at our discretion for technical or operational reasons.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content—including videos, voice recordings, artwork, instructions, and web design—is the exclusive intellectual property of Chitran International Online Art School and protected by international copyright law.
Any unauthorized use, duplication, or redistribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy for all pre-recorded lessons.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days by contacting zubair@chitranartschool.com.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued access or use of our website after updates will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
